Al has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from City University of New York.  He worked for 27 years as a Bank Officer for the largest regional banks in the USA.  His last position before he took early retirement was a Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for a premier wealth management organization based in New York and its subsidiary in Connecticut.

Al is an Accredited Business Consultant sponsored by the Institute for Independent Business  (IIB).  He also holds several certifications in the Bank Industry including; Regulatory, Audit, Compliance and Finance.

Al has owned twelve varied businesses starting at the age of nineteen.  His current consulting practice,Alto Leasing Corporation (founded in 2007) emphasizes Bank Industry regulations, compliance, audit, risk management and vendor management, including equipment leasing.

Our primary goal is to provide practical advise for small business owners.  Assist them in establishing their business and growing their business in an efficient manner.  Our motto is: “Don’t lose sight of your vision”.
